PFMB was incorporated in November 2000 (as Prudential Unit Trusts Berhad) and is a wholly owned subsidiary of a Malaysian resident holding company, which is in turn related to the Prudential group of companies. The ultimate parent company of the Prudential Group is Prudential plc whose shares are listed on the London and New York Stock Exchanges. We are a licensed Fund Manager approved by the Securities Commission.
